Holy Moley! You鈥檒l never guess who I met at The Mountain Film Festival last night! A guy called Timmy O鈥 Neill 鈥 what a DUDE!! He was showing us a selection of films from the Banff Mountain Film Festival; some 鈥楻adical Reels鈥 as they called them. He has done some pretty neat stuff. There鈥檚 loads more great films and events this week and I鈥檓 just having a ball.

Aaah, Valentines Day but no sign of romance in Fort William for me so far! Seanair is taking Morag out for a meal tonight and then to a c猫ilidh 鈥 tha gaol aige oirre! That means he loves her 鈥 according to a guy on the train the other day. Munro and I might go check out the climbing wall. At least I looove climbing! Bye for now x

Hey! Yesterday was an r + r (rest and relaxation) day - Morag鈥檚 choice, not mine! We took a train to Mallaig and stopped off at Glenfinnan. There wasn鈥檛 too much to do there but Morag was keen to visit it. Apparently this was where the second Jacobite Rebellion began, which is kinda cool. We also saw some lovely sands 鈥 not quite Bondi though as it was sooo cold!

Feasgar Math! What a week, I鈥檝e hardly been indoors since getting here! It is freezing but so great! Ben Nevis or 鈥淭he Ben鈥 is quite a challenge but you know how I love a challenge! Seanair and I were trying to break the record to the summit but didn鈥檛 quite manage it. Man, there鈥檚 no stopping Seanair when he gets his walking boots on! Munro has a bad case of blisters, I think he was feeling the pace. (~.~)

Boy, did we travel through some beautiful scenery on our journey to Fort William. I think I鈥檓 gonna like this town 鈥 it鈥檚 the Outdoor Capital of the UK! I can鈥檛 wait to climb Ben Nevis and we might even get to snowboard on Aonach M貌r (It鈥檒l be just like riding the surf back home), there鈥檚 even some snow on those peaks - it鈥檚 gonna be a blast!
