Director Vivek Sharma's recent release, Bhoothnath may not have sent chills down audiences' spines as far as box office takings are concerned.

But due to word of mouth and excellent reviews (including our 麻豆社 Shropshire review), Bhoothnath's box office takings are slowly increasing.

As a result, director Sharma has decided to make a sequel which will have more spooky surprises in store for Bollywood fans.

Audiences who have already seen Bhoothnath will remember the film ended with Bhoothnath (Amitabh Bachchan) coming back into Banku's life. The film ended with a credit saying, 'to be continued' leading us to believe a sequel will be made.

But now, this has been confirmed by the director, who plans to employ the same cast including Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Juhi Chawla and Aman Siddiqui.
