In most places cattle are bought down from the mountains for the winter. In The Burren, in the west of Ireland, they do it the opposite way round, taking the cows up to the high limestone hills for 'winterage'. Ella McSweeney finds out why on a traditional cattle drive, and she learns how this unique way of farming enables a unique array of wild flowers to bloom in the spring. Producer: Sarah Swadling.
