American reporters and sisters, Jenna and Dana Johnson, are back in the UK to investigate the people of Great Britain. Jenna and Dana meet Bella Watson, a woman who drunkenly got a Union Jack tattoo on her forehead whilst on holiday with friends. They discover that Bella was goaded into getting the tattoo to prove to a bully that she wasn’t a ‘wet’. Bella then arranges to meet the bully to forgive them.
