Jeff (Philip Jackson) and Andy (Tom Palmer) disagree on how to celebrate Andy's birthday. Jeff plans a big party, enlisting the help of Fish Shop Frank (Mark Benton) and their favourite café proprietor, Joyce (Alison Steadman).
