More than 20 years after imposing sanctions on Burma, the United States now says it wants to engage in dialogue with the country's military rulers. The new policy was unveiled by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the first high level meeting has been held with a representative of the Burmese regime. Our State Department Correspondent Kim Ghattas asks what lies behind this change of approach and what it hopes to achieve.
