Sir Richard Rodney Bennett lives and works in New York, but returns ‘home’ to London three times a year to spend time and perform on stage with his close friend – British jazz singer - Claire Martin. They met in Glasgow 17 years ago and immediately struck up a close bond. Now, despite the Atlantic Ocean between them, they speak almost daily and share their combined love of life and music with each other.
