Happy birthday 101! It's a year since the non-emergency number for contacting the police wherever you live in the UK was connected. But have you ever used it? Well apparently a lot of us have - 25 per cent of all calls being made to Leicestershire Police use the 101 number, which police say eases the pressure on the main 999 emergency service. Â鶹Éç Radio Leicester's Bridget Blair has been to the Control Room at Leicestershire Police Headquarters to find out how the service is working.
