One female Asian football coach is calling for more support for ethnic minorities in the sport. Annie Zaidi has been a coach for around seven years, and works with the FA. Before that she was a grassroots football manager. She's now an ambassador for Kick it Out, and is being mentored by BACA, the Black and Asian Coaches Assocation.
