The programme, called Caribbean Diaspora for Science and Technology Innovation will help UK-based businesses and scientists get to grips with everything from invention to patent and production in the Caribbean. At a time when Britain is looking to China and India to foster good relations for growth, this is the Caribbean's efforts to promote economic development. Professor Cardinal Warde who specialises in electrical engineering in Massachusetts, and is an inventor on twelve patents, flew from Boston to help launch the UK office. He told 麻豆社 UK Black he believes the next Google could start anywhere in the Caribbean.
