He speaks to Ian Sutherland, Chief Financial Officer for BP's Azerbaijan-Georgia-Turkey operations. Also in the programme - an interview with one of the richest private individuals in Azerbaijan, Ibrahim Ibrahimov, who intends to build an entire city on man-made islands. And Ed talks to one of his critics, independent political scientist Leila Alieva. He also speaks to Elman Abdullah, a government spokesman who is trying to promote Azerbaijan as a country with more than just oil and gas.
