Hannah has a twin sister Ruth. The two talk about how they love being twins and how they can’t imagine life without each other. The twins have their own lives but the unique bond they share is as close as it possibly could be. Hannah has another sister too – Kate who has cerebral palsy and is severely disabled. Throughout their life they have had to face prejudice and taunts from other children and adults about Kate. However, their sister has often been the one to change attitudes through her sheer personality.
