British Asian composer and musician Nitin Sawhney was quoted in some press as having accused Glastonbury of choosing which artists play on which stage based on their race. It’s been reported that he claimed that he has been relegated to a minor stage for years because of his race. The Glastonbury music festival has of course just taken place.
