HIV charity on the fight against the stigma - Luton

Nesta McGregor

Available for over a year

The stigma around HIV is still as bad as it was 10 years ago according to a Luton charity. The Centre for All Families Positive Health, set up in 2003, is now educating teenagers in the town in a bid to change attitudes. This month the charity is celebrating a decade of helping sufferers in Bedfordshire. In this extract, Chief Executive Officer Juliet Reid tells presenter Nesta McGregor, even though the facts about HIV are well known there remains a lot of misinformation.
