A humanitarian operation is underway in India where Cyclone Phailin left a trail of destruction. At least 27 people are known to have died when the storm, with winds of 130 miles an hour, lashed eastern coastal states. This is on a par with the deadly super-cyclone that killed more than 10,000 people in Orissa in 1999. But officials say this time they were better prepared.
