Immigration Bill discussed - Northampton

Mark Dean

Available for over a year

Immigration has been dominating Westminster in recent weeks. The controversial 'go home or face arrest' advertising vans have been scrapped - home secretary Theresa May now admits the London pilot was a 'bit of a blunt statement'. But the government's Immigration Bill - debated by MPs this week - still aims to make Britain less attractive for illegal immigrants. The government believes it can recover five hundred million pounds every year from foreign residents or visitors who use the NHS while in Britain. In this extract 麻豆社 Northampton's Mark Dean spoke to Sariah Bashir from BHB Law in Northampton about the developments in Immigration.
