On the latest edition of the Sunny and Shay show on Â鶹Éç Radio London, the presenters were joined by a guest who became so fed up with a lack of good quality halal meat, he decided to give up a career as a geography lecturer and produce his own food. Fourteen years later Lutfi Radwan, originally from North London, is the proud owner of Willowbrook Farm in Oxford.
