Should you be able to vote when you don’t live in a country, even if you are a citizen? With the drama of this year’s national elections in India already unfolding, here in England some Indian citizens are saying they want to be able to vote by absentee ballot from abroad. Currently Indian citizens living abroad can vote if they have registered and are present in India in their constituency on polling day.
