Armed men have seized the regional parliament in Crimea, in the south-east of the country, and have raised the Russian flag above it. Meanwhile Ukraine's interim President Olexander Turchynov has warned Russia against any "military aggression" in Crimea, as Russia began a second day of military exercises on the border.
