While rates of employment are rising across the country, the number of people in work from Britain's black communities is falling. According to the latest figures there's been a decrease of almost 4% compared to the previous year - that's the biggest drop faced by any ethnic group in the UK. In this extract, Elorm Haligah, from the youth employment charity Elevation Networks, speaks to the Â鶹Éç's Reya El-Salahi about the challenges facing young, black jobseekers in Nottingham.
