A digitised version of the Ramayana, one of the ancient Hindu epics is no available online. The Ramayana tells the story of Prince Rama鈥檚 quest to rescue his wife Sita, who is abducted by the ten headed demon King Ravana. It is considered as one of the main texts of Hinduism. Now a major partnership between the British Library and CSMVS Museum in Mumbai means people will be able to access the 1200 page Mewar Ramayana, a 17th century illustrated manuscript, by just clicking on a link.
