Carlo Ancelloti, would be an āantidote to a tense atmosphereā at Manchester United, Italian football journalist Mina Rzouki has said. The Italian manager, currently in charge of Real Madrid is one of the favourites to succeed David Moyes. Mina Rzouki praised Ancelottiās ability to deal with egos, gain respect and ācreate a wonderful family atmosphereā. Ancelotti is contracted until 2016 at Real Madrid and Mina Rxzouki said she doesnāt think the club would let the former player leave: āThere is some negatively there but it is highly unlikely that heās going to quit, he is there until 2016, I donāt think he will be let go; especially how long itās taken to get him on board; but the thing is who is going to say no to Manchester United, if heās approached Iām sure heāll consider it, but I think he is already at a big club offering him everything heās ever wanted in the first place.ā Ms Rzouki also highlighted Ancelottiās preferences for focusing on coaching over managing, as a possible issue with the appointment: āThe problem with Manchester United and Ancelotti being the perfect matchā¦that heās not really that interested in managing an entire club from the bottom levels, including scouting, picking out players ,thatās not really his type of thing, he likes having a sporting director, he likes having a CEO who has an opinion and helps him with his job.ā This clip is from Breakfast on 24 April.
