Former Team Sky cyclist Michael Barry believes British rider David Millar shouldn't have been excluded from Team Sky. Millar was banned between 2004 and 2006 for taking the illegal blood doping product EPO, but since his return to cycling has been high-profile critic of doping and its part within the professional sport. He is co-owner of Team Garmin-Slipstream, which adopts a strict anti-doping stance. Michael Barry, who admitted doping when he was part of Lance Armstrong's US Postal team, said Millar - who retires this season - has done a lot for the sport, and should have been given a chance within British-based Team Sky.
