The Pope says he believes in celibacy but "the door is always open to change." What's your reaction to his comments?

Pope Francis said he believed Roman Catholic priests should be celibate but the rule was "not a dogma of faith" and "the door is always open" to change. The Roman Catholic Church teaches that a priest should dedicate himself totally to his work, taking the Church as his "spouse", in order to help fulfil its mission. Francis has made similar comments when he was archbishop but it's the first time he has said it as Pope. What do you make of his comments?
