A pilot has teamed up with a chef to turn a 747 aircraft into a Indian Restaurant. Chef Mofur Miah from Sutton Coldfield and trained pilot Mustafa Azim Aolad from Croydon will open a converted retired passenger aeroplane in six weeks. The aircraft will stay on land. In this extract Mustafa tells Arshia Riaz how the idea could take off as a potential wedding venue.
