19-year old Nathan Taylor from Whetstone in Leicestershire is currently doing a 'Higher Apprenticeship' with construction firm Willmott Dixon whilst studying at Leicester College. After just 2 weeks of work experience, his talent and flair for the job was spotted by the team and they offered him a chance to join their 53 week programme which will leave him with foundation degree level qualification.
