World Have Your Say

Available for over a year

The World Health Organization says over 4,000 people have died of Ebola in Liberia, Sierra Leone, Guinea, and Nigeria. In the face of such figures, governments from all around the globe have stepped up efforts to contain the deadly virus. Hundreds of Chinese and Cuban doctors have been deployed to Sierra Leone. In the US, President Obama is pushing for improved safety procedures, after a health worker treating an Ebola victim caught the virus. And even North Korea has aired a TV programme focusing on the damage caused by Ebola.
