As part of the strategy the public are being asked not to mow their lawns. Paul de Zylva is a campaigner at Friends of the Earth who have been heavily involved with the plans. When asked what a world without bees would be like, Paul said: "Tomato on your pizza, jam in your porridge. These are the things that make life worth living and eating."
