Abbas Khan died in December last year while in jail in Damascus days before he was due to be released. An inquest found the British surgeon was unlawfully killed and did not commit suicide as the Syrian authorities claim. Now the family say they are taking their case to the International Criminal Court to bring his killers to justice. Divya Talwar reports.
