Malala Yousafzai's outspoken campaigning made her a target of the Taliban. And in October 2012, she was shot in the head as she travelled home on a school bus. Two of her best friends were caught in the crossfire - Kainat Riaz was shot in the upper arm and Shazia Ramzan was hit in the shoulder and hand. Last year, both girls received scholarships to study at a college in south Wales. Sarah Shebbeare went to meet Kainat and Shazia at their school in Wales - Shazia told her about growing up in the Swat Valley.
