Freda Payne is known for her classic song Band of Gold, but she also has her roots in Jazz, which is reflected in her new album Come Back to Me Love. Freda was born and raised in Detroit, a city well know for its black American music. In this extract Â鶹Éç Radio Manchester’s Karan Gabay speaks to the music legend.
