A graffiti artist in Leicester - who claims to have tagged one of the City's tallest buildings - says its an art form that's here to stay. Its after the very top of the 13-storey former Leicester City Council headquarters were defaced on Saturday night despite the area being cordoned off ahead of a "controlled demolition" next month. Its since been covered over with red pain by the demolition company.
