Back-Light formed in 2005, when bunch of friends (and brothers), fed up of having nothing to do, decided to pick up a bunch of instruments and give music a chance. While they may have not had any particular vision to begin with, playing a lot of HIM covers and not much more, Back-Light soon developed a strong, unique sound. Their influences really have no boundaries, and no two Back-Light songs sound the same. From the grandiose live favourite 'Friends With Benefits' to the short, hard hitting 'The Only Thing Keeping You Standing Is Balance', there's something for everyone. Although serious musicians, the guys also have a great sense of humour, evident from the song titles, their live shows (who else dresses up like Santa and his elves for a Christmas show?!) and their YouTube videos.
