A leading Brazilian football club has come up with a novel idea to tackle the problem of hooliganism among fans. Sport Club of Recife, who play in the country's top division, hired and trained thirty mothers of their regular fans as match day stewards without their sons knowing. The aim was to deter the fans from creating trouble. Â鶹Éç Radio 5 Live's Phil Williams spoke to South America Football Correspondent Tim Vickery about why it worked.
