Now most of us think our pets are the most beautiful on the planet - but the official arbiter of canine taste gets underway today. Crufts is the world's largest dog show and the judging begins this morning just down the road at the NEC in Birmingham. Many dogs from Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland will be strutting their stuff for the judges over the next few days including five rare Canadian Eskimo dogs which live just north of Loughborough.
