Two former jockeys, Peter Scudamore and Andrew Thornton, have offered their advice to Victoria Pendleton as she begins training to become a jockey. The Olympic gold medal winning cyclist is training to become a jockey in time for the 2016 Cheltenham Festival, in conjunction with a betting company. She retired from cycling following the 2012 Olympics, and hopes to obtain a Category A amateur license, despite having no previous jockeying experience.
