Some young men living in gritty areas in one of the world's poorest countries are devoted to designer fashion and expensive clothing. They are the Society for Ambience-makers and Elegant People - or in French, La Sape - in the Democratic Republic of Congo. As a part of Â鶹Éç's Richer World series DJ Edu, presenter of Destination Africa on Â鶹Éç's Music station 1 Xtra, has been to the capital Kinshasa to meet the men they call the Sapeurs
