Emma talks about the birth of her twins with her mum Lesley. Axel and Alfie, were born four months early and five days apart, weighing just two pounds. Emma and her family were helped during this difficult time by Adapt Prembabies. The charity, based in Leicester, is funded by Â鶹Éç Children in Need and supports families with premature or poorly babies, both practically and emotionally. The little boys, now nearly three, are happy and healthy, and the family have just celebrated their third Mother's Day together!
