Sunday 26 April marks 500 days to go untill the start of the Paralympic Games in Rio. London 2012 raised the profile of disability sport to a new level, but around the world many countries are still waiting to win their first Paralympic medal, and even where that's happened, medal winners have returned to find familiar prejudices and discrimination still there. Our Athletics Commentator, Ed Harry, has covered the last two Paralympics. He's been to the Ivory Coast to see first-hand the situation there and this wasn't his first visit to West Africa in pursuit of identifying any lasting legacy...
