This year marks the 70th anniversary of the liberation of the Nazi internment camp in Bad Wurzach, Southern Germany. In 1942, 618 civilians from Jersey were deported there. For three years they lived in cramped conditions, with minimal food provisions, not knowing if they would ever see home again. 1942-45. Now 70 years on Âé¶¹Éç Radio Jersey's Olivia Le Poidevin follows the journey of former internees back to the town. In this episode she explores themes of reconciliation, and hears internees memories of their time there.
