We've been asking people all over Herefordshire and Worcestershire for their most important general election issue. The majority of you have said the NHS - so when Ed Miliband visited Worcester, our political reporter Matthew Bone grilled the Labour leader on the issue. Labour says there's and A and E crisis in Worcestershire - but has the party's record of PFI contracts and closing the A and E in Kidderminster contributed to the problems? And does Labour's record show that - whatever colour government - some services will have to be cut from some hospitals? Ed Miliband is the latest in a series of visits from high profile politicians to Worcester. Last week saw the visit of the Conservative's Transport Secretary Patrick Mcloughlin.
