22 year old supermodel Andreja Pejic publicly transitioned from a man to a woman last year. Previously she had been cast as an androgynous model for the likes of such high-profile designers as Jean Paul Gaultier and Marc Jacobs. And this year, after transitioning, she appeared as the first transgender woman to grace the cover of American Vogue magazine.
