Well, if ever there was a week to be making ice cream, this is the one! Which is why the owner of Gopsall Fresh ice cream is a very happy man, particularly since for the first few years he was making ice cream we had bad summer weather. Ben Jackson popped out to Culloden Farm near Twycross to see how he's been coping with the heat.
