Sportsworld

Available for over a year

Only 8 out of the 24 managers at the Women's World Cup in Canada were female, including USA boss Jill Ellis, who took her side to the final. Globally, only 7-8% of coaches are women - an issue that needs to be addressed, but FIFA's Women's Football Development manager, Mayi Cruz Blanco, believes we'll see a lot more female managers at the next World Cup in France. She shares her thoughts on all things Canada 2015. (Image: Jill Ellis. Credit: Getty Images)
