Sara Abu-Noah is a medical student in Sierra Leone and Â鶹Éç Outside Source has been following her story since the outbreak of ebola last year. There has been a positive development - she is back in college in Freetown, but her optimism has been curbed by new cases that continue to be reported there and in neighbouring Liberia.
