A consultant from Leicester is calling on people of African and Caribbean heritage to make sure they are accessing health care in the city. In this interview {Dr} Mr Osric Navti who is originally from Cameroon and works at Leicester General Hospital's Maternity Department, speaks to Â鶹Éç Radio Leicester's Kevin Ncube. First he talks about how he feels there is a need for more equality and diversity in senior roles across the NHS.
