He was sentenced to three years last week for causing injuries to their baby Olli but Danielle, from Bishop Stortford says he’s innocent. She alleges mistakes were made by Princes Alexandra Hospital. The hospital told Â鶹Éç Essex they have a legal requirement to have a legal requirement to safeguard children. Essex Police say there was a full and thorough investigation after which Matthew Challis was charged and convicted by a jury and sentenced to three years imprisonment. They say they've not received a formal complaint in relation to the investigation and the injuries caused to a child in his care.
