Next month the English Premier League starts again and amongst those eagerly awaiting the new season are millions of Burmese fans. Many in Myanmar are mad about the game, but most Burmese reserve their greatest passion for Premier League teams and even England's national side. This doesn't go down well with the founders of the country's recently created National League who're spending millions of dollars on promoting local teams.
