Arson attack kills Palestinian child

Newsday

Available for over a year

A Palestinian toddler has been burned to death in an arson attack by suspected Jewish settlers in the West Bank, according to Israeli police. The home where the 18-month-old boy and his family were sleeping was set on fire in the village of Douma near Nablus, local officials say. The parents and the child's older brother were severely injured. Rabbi Arik Ascherman of the NGO Rabbis for Human rights and his colleagues helped the family whose baby was killed.
