An application to build 43 homes on Filbert Street, the former home of Leicester City Football Club, expires later this month. Permission was granted in 2013 for part of the site, after a previous development lapsed. Much of the former ground has been undeveloped since the football club moved out in 2002. Jo Hayward has visted Filbert Street - but first - Jo met up with Leicester City's club historian, Jon Hutchinson, by a scale model of the old ground inside the King Power Stadium.
